CLIP-IN SHOES ARE NEITHER NEEDED NOR PROVIDED FOR CYCLE CLASSES.Sneakers work on our Indoor Cycling bikes, however if you are interested in having the full experience our 2011 Schwinn Pro bikes use the standard SPD Clips.
A Vicious Cycle
A Vicious Cycle is PNT Fitness’ version of a standard, invigorating indoor cycling class. We’ll take you over hills and jumps for a great calorie torching ride! Either 45 or 60 min in length.Cycle Party with Weights

The class for the “SPINNER” on the go! This is a quick 30 minute class geared at getting you in, getting your energy up and then getting you back on to the street! You know you have 30 minutes… Spend it with us!

Double Trouble: SPIN & SCULPT
Why Choose!? Take this class for 20 min of Cycling and 20 min of Upper Body & Core Strengthening! Tone & Tighten while developing strength and endurance simultaneously!

Insane Kickbox Camp
